Issued to George E. Vanderwalker, December 12, 1895;
corporate seal affixed in Victor, Colorado. George was the father of
Joseph Vanderwalker (miner, mine lessee, electrician, photographer, historian of
the Cripple Creek District)
Signed by James F. Burns, as president. At the time,
Burns was president of the great producer, the Portland Gold Mining Company.
Condition: good plus; some folds, wrinkling, and several
water stains.
