Issued May 25, 1895, uncancelled. Condition of certificate: near fine; usual two folds. Corporate seal was affixed in Aspen; however, mining office was located in Crystal, Gunnison County, Colorado. Company mined gold, silver, lead, and copper through tunnel operation. (Reference: Page 205, The Mining Directory and Reference Book of the United States, Canada and Mexico, 1892, published by the Poole Bros., Chicago.)

According to the 1883 Colorado Mining Directory (compiled by Corregan and Lingane), this Company owned the Sylvanite Lode near Copper Creek, in the Elk Mountain Mining District, 7 -1/2 miles from Gothic (Page 354).
